Individual Series: Zu sechst ein Bier gestalten – unmöglich! Deshalb entstanden die Individual Series. Ein Mitglied von Absturzbrew verwirklicht dabei eine seiner Ideen. So entsteht eine extrem diverse, abwechslungsreiche und experimentelle Bierserie. Grundsätzlich ist jedes Bier aus dieser Serie ein One-Off, sprich es wird nur einmal gebraut.

Reworked Series: Wenn die Individual Serie vollends überzeugt hat, wäre es ja schade, nie mehr dieses Bier trinken zu können? Genau das haben wir uns auch gedacht und die Reworked Series lanciert. Hier greifen wir immer ein bestehendes Rezept auf, optimieren es mit den gemachten Erfahrungen und brauen es erneut.

Forever Single Series: Brauer lieben Hopfen. Deshalb sind ‹Single-Hop› Biere, also Biere die mit nur einer Hopfensorte gebraut werden, sehr interessant. Man kann mit neuen Sorten experimentieren und sie optimal in einem Bier verkosten oder alte, bekannte zur Abwechslung mal in den Vordergrund stellen.

Aus diesem Grund brauen wir unser Forever Single: ein Session IPA, in dem sich der Hopfen optimal präsentieren kann. Jeder Batch wird mit einer neuen Hopfensorte gebraut – der Rest bleibt gleich!

8608: Unser derzeit einziges Core-Range Bier. Immer Neues entdecken ist toll und das, was uns auch am meisten Spass macht. Doch ab und zu will man auch einfach mal ein Bier trinken und so entstand das 8608. Ein Golden Ale mit dezenten Hopfennoten und ausgewogenem Malzkörper, das man in jeder Situation geniessen kann.
